At SORIANÉ, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and delicately packaged to arrive in pristine condition. We kindly request you to review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • An unboxing video must be recorded from start to finish, clearly showing the sealed package being opened for the first time.

  • The video must be continuous and unedited.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, including the jewellery pouch, box, and inserts.

 

Important Notice on Unboxing Video

  • If an unboxing video is not recorded, we will not be able to accept any return or refund request.

  • If the video is recorded after the package has already been opened, the request will not be considered.

  • Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items are accepted only when supported by a proper unboxing video.

This policy helps us ensure fairness and protect against transit-related discrepancies.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

  • Absence of an unboxing video

  • Signs of wear, usage, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers (unless damaged in transit)

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service, as SORIANÉ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (original or return) are non-refundable.

 

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Kindly place a new order for your desired piece once your return is approved.
