Each SORIANÉ piece is designed to embody timeless elegance.To preserve its beauty, brilliance, and longevity, please follow these care guidelines:

1. Wear with Love

• Put on your jewellery after applying perfumes, lotions, oils, or body sprays.

• Avoid wearing your pieces during workouts, swimming, showers, or beach visits.

• Keep away from sweat, saltwater, humidity, and chemicals.

2. Storage Matters

• Always store your jewellery in the SORIANÉ suede velvet pouch or the drawer-style keepsake box provided.

• Keep each item individually stored to avoid scratches, tangles, or metal friction.

• Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

3. Cleaning & Maintenance

• For daily care, gently wipe the piece with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.

• For deeper cleaning (Sterling Silver / 14K Gold Plated items):

  • Use a gentle silver polishing cloth.

  • Avoid water or liquid solutions unless specifically meant for jewellery care.

4. Protect Your Plating

(For Gold-Plated & Silver-Plated Pieces)

• Avoid chemical exposure — especially perfume, sanitizer, makeup, skincare, and hair products.

• Do not rub harshly; this can fade the plating over time.

• Remove jewellery before sleeping to prevent bending or breakage.

5. Special Care for Body & Anklet Chains

• Body chains and anklets are delicate by design.

• Do not pull or tug — always wear and remove gently.

• Keep them away from shoes, zippers, and rough fabrics that may cause snagging.

6. Sterling Silver (S925) Care

• Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time — this is normal.

• Regular polishing will restore its shine instantly.

• Store in an airtight pouch to slow down oxidation.

7. Keep Water Away

• Water can weaken chains, tarnish metals, and dull stones.

SORIANÉ Return & Refund Policy

At SORIANÉ, every piece is crafted and packed with utmost care. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all our customers, please read our return policy carefully.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To request a return or replacement, you must record a clear, continuous unboxing video that shows:

• The unopened package

• The full unboxing process

• The product in hand immediately after opening

Important:

• If no unboxing video is provided, the return cannot be accepted.

• If the video is started after the product is already opened, the return cannot be accepted.

• If the product appears damaged or broken without a proper unboxing video, the return will be declined.

This policy helps us avoid misuse and ensures fairness to every customer.

2. Return Eligibility – 7 Days Only

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items eligible for return must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original condition

• Returned with all original packaging

After 7 days, returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Customer-Paid Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

• Shipping fees paid during purchase are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, SORIANÉ does not accept returns for:

• Belly chains

• Body chains

• Earrings / Ear cuffs

• Any item that shows signs of wear

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

If the item is found to be used, damaged (without proof), or returned without full packaging, the refund will be denied.
